Why do I need to log in?

Create an account or log in to keep track of the lives you impact as a loyal blood donor. You can schedule and view appointments, your wellness records, and donation history.

Register Your Account

Please enter the following information so we can match to your donation records. If you are a first time donor, you will not have a Donor ID but can still create an account, although you will not have access to all of the site's features.

This is not a mandatory field.

Username Requirements

Must be at least 3 characters.
Can be no more than 15 characters.

Password Requirements

Must contain at least one uppercase character.
Must be at least 5 characters.
Must be at most 40 characters.

If you know your Donor ID, please provide it. This will help us link your registration with your donor record so you will be able to see your past donation information. To request your Donor ID, call 317-916-5150 or 800-632-4722 ext. 5150.
